Recipe - Alcoholic Drink Boston Cooler

2 ounce white rum, 1 ounce fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp powdered sugar, 3 4 ounce club soda
Stir lemon juice, sugar and 2 ounce of club soda together in a collins glass. Fill the glass with cracked ice. Add rum. Top with club soda, and stir. Garnish with a spiral of orange or lemon peel, and serve.
