Recipe - Apricot Granola Bars

1 cup Allpurpose flour
One half cup Margarine or butter;
softened
3 tablespoon Powdered sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Granulated sugar
One fourth cup Allpurpose flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 cup Nature Valley granola
One half cup Cut up dried apricots
One fourth cup Flaked coconut
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a square pan (9 x 9 x 2inch es). Mix 1
cup flour, margarine and powdered sugar until flour is moistened. Press in
pan. Bake 10 minutes. Beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients,. Spread
over baked layer. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut
into bars. (Makes 36 bars.)
