Recipe - Basmati Pullao (Cashew And Raisin Pilaf)

Ingredients:

1 Onion; chopped
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 cup Basmati rice
2 Cinnamon stick
2 Cloves
1 Bay leaf; crumbled
2/3 cup Raw cashews; toasted
1/3 cup Raisins

Cook onion over low heat until tender. Add rice, cinnamon, cloves, bay
leaf, cashews, raisins. Cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of water; cover.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
