2 pound Fresh Mozzarella
6 lg Garlic Cloves
One half cup ExtraVirgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Dried Oregano
Three fourths teaspoon Crushed Hot Red Pepper
Cut the mozzarella into 1" cubes. Coarsely chop the garlic. Combine the
garlic and olive oil in a large bowl. Stir in the oregano and hot pepper.
Add the mozzarella cubes and toss gently until the cheese is well coated
with the oil and seasonings. Serve with toothpicks.
