Recipe - Cajun CatfishCategories: None, Cajun Catfish
2 pound Catfish fillets or nuggets;
Three fourths cup Mustard
One fourth cup Louisiana hot sauce
Old Bay seafood seasoning
Mix mustard and hot sauce together. Coat fish nuggets, and put in baggy
with cornmeal (sprinkled with seasoning). Shake until coated and deep fry.
