4 Chopped apples (peeled and
cored)
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 (up to)
3 dr Almond extract
3 dr Kosher wine; more or less

Larry Mayer was asking for Passover suggestions. Here are some of my
favorites from last year.

Mix together and refrigerate covered overnight to combine flavors. (Adjust
spices to our taste.)
