Recipe - Cheese Glazed Carrots

6 lg Carrots
Salt
One fourth cup Honey
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Peel carrots and cut into halves lengthwize Cook in a little boiling
salted water until tender, about 15 min. Drain, dip each carrot half into
honey. Place in baking dish, pour rest of honey on top and sprinkle with
the cheese. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 min. or broil until
cheese melts. Makes 4 servings. So for a crowd you'd have to adjust the
recipe accordingly.
