5 pound Beef tenderloin; trimmed of
10 ounce Cajun Injector Marinade; any
One fourth cup Cracked black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place beef in a baking dish. Inject
marinade into the beef about 2 inches from each injection point. Rub
the black pepper on all surface areas of the beef. Cover dish with
foil and place in oven. Bake for one hour for medium doneness.
