Recipe - Filbert Kisses

3 Egg whites
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vinegar
8 ounce Finely chopped filberts
Beat egg whites; add sugar & vinegar. Fold nuts into egg whites. Drop by
spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 275.
