Recipe - Microwave Macaroni And Cheese

1 cup Uncooked macaroni
2 tablespoon Flour
One fourth cup Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1 ds Tabasco
1 cup Milk
1 cup Water
2 tablespoon Butter
1 cup Cubed cheese

In 2quart casserole, combine macaroni, flour, onion, salt and Tabasco.
Stir in milk and water. Dot with butter. Cook, uncovered, 1012 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese and let stand 35 minutes to finish
cooking and melt cheese. Note: For additional flavor and color, add 2
Tablespoons chopped pimiento, 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley or 1 teaspoon
dry mustard. Makes 23 servings.
