Recipe - Peach Melba

One half cup Partskim ricotta cheese;
2 teaspoon Sweetneer(equiv);
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Sliced peaches;(canned)

1 md Ripe peach; peel+slice
2 teaspoon Reduced cal raspberryjam;
In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sweetner and vanilla. Mix
well with frok or spoon. Spoon peaches over cheese. Spoon raspberry
