Recipe - Pepper Steak

1 One half pound Round steak
3 tablespoon Oil
2 lg Bell peppers; chopped
3 Green onions w/tops; chopped
3 Ribs celery; cut in julienne
strips
1 One half cup Water
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1/3 cup Molasses
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
1 One half teaspoon Ginger
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
Slice steak in thin julienne strips. Saute in hot oil until brown. Add
remaining ingredients. Cook 35 minutes or until vegetables are clear &
crisp. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles or both. Yields 46 servings.
