1 pack Rosetto Cheese Ravioli
1 One half cup Milk
2 One half tablespoon Butter
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 One half tablespoon Allpurpose flour
1 pack Frozen chopped spinach;
(thawed and drained
; well) (10 oz.)
One fourth cup Grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoon Sour cream
Prepare ravioli according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile heat milk
for sauce. In a separate pan, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until
golden. Add flour and mix well. Add heated milk and whisk until lumpfree.
Add spinach (thawed and drained well); simmer until thickened or about 2
minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese and sour cream; simmer for 2 minutes. Add
salt and pepper to taste, and serve over prepared ravioli.
