Recipe - Red Hot Oysters

36 Florida oysters in the shell
3 ounce Hot pepper sauce

I had gotten these recipes from the Florida Cookbook which is available
online at: http://www.flag.com/ They are definitly good

Wash oysters thoroughly. Shuck and place oysters on deep half of shell
removing any remaining shell particles. Arrange oysters on baking sheet and
top with One half teaspoon of sauce. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for
10 minutes or until edges begin to curl.
