Recipe - Sunny Yellow Cake

3 1/3 cup Basic Cake Mix
Three fourths cup Milk
2 Eggs well beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preheat oven to 375F. Grease and lightly flour two 8" round pans. In a
large bowl, combine Basic Cake Mix and milk. Beat at medium speed 2
minutes. Scrape bowl and beaters. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat 2 more
minutes. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, till a toothpick
inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes, then cool on
wire racks. Frost as desired.
